Mr. Asha Kiran, and his team of talented professionals at Apse Designs, with a world class knowledge and well-grounded experience in the various aspects of architecture and design provides compassionate yet creative execution of our clients vision truly unparalleled in terms of trendy look, contemporary designs and blue prints that touches the hearts of all ages for sure.
With over 20 years of experience in field of Architecture, schematic design, Interiors, Design development, construction documentation and construction administration. Mr. Asha Kiran has been responsible for the designing and production of a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. As part of the founding team of Fountainhead design Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Asha Kiran played a pivotal role in designing interiors and executing large scale architectural projects for LANCO HILLS Technology Park Pvt. Ltd – 110 acres master plan, LANCO IT5 architectural services, LANCO IT6 commercial tower and many more. Much to add it, designing the interiors for the lobby of Taj Krishna, Luxor Hotel are few that showcase his commitment and caliber in delivering international standard work potential within reach on the commercial front.
With his vast and ever growing experience in custom made single and multi-family residential houses, recreational facilities, shopping malls, community centers, medical offices, retail spaces, restaurants and space planning Mr. Asha Kiran also catered aesthetically in designing personal spaces of well-known personalities like Mr.GVK residence, Mr. Vishnu Raju residence, Mr. Prasad residence (Matrix labs) and so on; and commercial space crafting for office Interiors like – Sum Total Systems Inc., Ceredox Technologies Pvt. Ltd., ZenqaPvt Ltd. and still counting.
The extravaganza of crafting expertise continued even in public sector as Mr. Asha Kiran has also served as the project architect of the spacious and prestigious 100 crores Tourism Project under taken by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh in Kadapa, Nellore and Chittoor districts. Equally passionate about historical and modern architecture Mr. AshaKiran profound freshness and exuberance into any project while shaping up his clients’ vision synchronized with calm and comforts assured.
