DCC(District congress committee office) is proposed at Medak District with site area of approx 1.5 Acre and built up area of 35,000 sft. The scope of work for APSE design is to accommodate MLA Chambers and meeting hall with dining hall and kitchen.

The challenge is the building should look in “British-American style” to bring that royal look with low construction APSE proposed the whole construction should be in done PEB structure and the elevation treatment should be done in cement work and texture paint.
