Our Prestigious Projects

TV 5 Corporate Office

TV5 is a leading 24-hour Telugu-language news channel located in Film Nagar, Hyderabad. The client wanted to build a corporate office in a site of 2075 Sq.yds with a built up area of 50,000 Sft.

APSE was selected for designing the exterior and interiors of the building in a competition with many leading architects as contestants. APSE took over the project after the entire structural work was over and completed the project successfully.

Prestige Nirvana

Prestige Nirvana is a gated residential enclave of 248 plots spread across 39 sylvan acres.
Brilliantly designed, with plot sizes ranging from 267 to 2077 square yards, each fully Vaastu compliant, Prestige Nirvana promises you a life of unending ease and splendor.

Apse provided master planning, architectural, structural and MEP services for Prestige nirvana.

Commercial Layout At Vikarabad

This commercial project is spread in vast 3.5 acres in Vikarabad. This commercial layout comprises of a shopping mall, a hospital, a hotel, a group of apartments and two commercial complexes. This layout is designed in such a way that more than 6000 people can easily flow through this space at a time.

Apse dealt with master planning, Architectural and MEP services for this project.

Garuda Nest Resorts

Garuda nest resorts is a commercial project located at Sangareddy. The whole project is spread in total of 6.1 acres. This project comprises of a big club house that can fit above 1000 people at a time.
And also it has a huge Open air theater that accommodates around 1500 people and also a boating pond and a swimming pool attached to clubhouse area.

Apse has provided master planning, architecture, MEP and Hospitality services for this project.

Ecoscape Heights

Ecoscape Heights is a high rise apartment project, located at Gundlapochamplly. This whole apartment is designed in 4 acres. This apartment has a total 3 floors of parking space, a club house, apartments in remaining 40 floors. This project totally accommodates 240 families.

Apse provided this project with architectural, Structural and MEP services.

Eco Emerald

Eco emerald is a weekend homes project located at Sadashivspet. This total area of the project is 34acres. The whole project comprises of weekend homes designed in 3 guntas and 5 guntas, which can be accessed with a spacious 40 feet roads. Out of these, homes in 3 gunras are of single floor and 5 guntas are of G+1.

Apse has provided master planning, architectural, structural and MEP services for this project.
