With over 25 years of experience in field of Architecture, schematic design, Interiors, Design development, construction documentation and construction administration Mr. Asha Kiran has been responsible for the designing and production of a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. As part of the founding team of Fountainhead design Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Asha Kiran played a pivotal role in designing interiors and executing large scale architectural projects for LANCO HILLS Technology Park Pvt. Ltd – 110 acres master plan, LANCO IT5 architectural services, LANCO IT6 commercial tower and many more. He added another feather into his cap by designing architecture and interiors for Tv5 corporate building.
The other mile stones in his career are Prestige Nirvana’s layout planning, club house and entrance arch, Luxor Hotel that showcases his commitment and calibre in delivering international standard work potential within reach on the commercial front.
With his vast and ever-growing experience in custom made single and multi-family residential houses, recreational facilities, shopping malls, community centres, medical offices, retail spaces, restaurants and space planning Mr. Asha Kiran also catered aesthetically in designing personal residential spaces of well-known personalities like Mr. GVK, Mr. Surendra, Mr. Adarsh Reddy, Mr Bal Reddy and so on.., He is well known for commercial space crafting of office Interiors like – Gayathri Infra, Solix solutions, Pennant Tech and still counting on..
The extravaganza of crafting expertise continued even in public sector as Mr. Asha Kiran has also served as the project architect of the spacious and prestigious 100 crores Tourism Project under taken by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh in Kadapa, Nellore and Chittoor districts. Equally passionate about historical and modern architecture Mr. AshaKiran profound freshness and exuberance into any project while shaping up his clients’ vision synchronized with calm and comforts assured.
After the 13 years of successful journey, Apse spread its wings and started its MEP and PMC services in friendly collaboration with Dheeraj Sai Consultants, the company that is proficient and tremendously experienced, well known for its MEP and PMC services. Dheeraj Sai Consultants have dealt many national and international projects in commercial, residential and industrial fields.
